Data for "Too much of a good thing? Finding the most informative genetic dataset to answer conservation questions"

This data file contains the genotypes from 96 devils and four different data types. The microsatellite genotypes were generated using the software GeneMarker V 1.75, the RRS dataset was provided as a proprietary pipline from Diversity Array Technologies, and the functional candidate region dataset was generated from a previous study (see current paper for details), the raw IR values used in the study, and the observed heterozygosities of all loci in the study.
